The e-card content that comprising the senders company logo, signature text and message text will be moderated by a staff member of Artleaf Ltd.
After confirmation that the content adheres to the our Terms and Conditions, the e-card batch will be sent from our servers. If the content of said cards does not meet our conditions Artleaf Ltd reserves the right to refuse delivery of the e-card and return the fee forthwith with no obligation
The email address's (list) submitted to the site by the Business Service user for dispatching the e-card to will not be used for any other purpose than specified and will not be passed on to any third party.

Common to Member and Business Service users unless otherwise stated

1. Introduction
Artleaf Ltd ("Website Owner") provides this website and any and all of the pages comprising artleafcards.com ("the Website") to visitors of the website ("Visitors"), members of the website ("Members") and business service users ("Business Service Users") subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions and the details relating to privacy policy.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the Website.  By entering, viewing or using the Website or any of the services offered with this Website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

2. Information on the Website
Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither the Website Owner nor any third party, make any representations or warranties, whether express or implied in law, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, and content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party) ("Information") and shall not be bound in any manner by any Information contained on the Website. The Website Owner reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website.

The names, logos and service marks (collectively "trade marks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trade marks of the Website Owner and third parties. 5. User Submissions
The Website Owner is not responsible for any of the content text submitted for the e-card signature, the message text and any text for the Business service. Any content (whether submitted by you or any other user) is not endorsed, reviewed or approved by the Website Owner except for the business service content. This content will be reviewed before the e-card batch is sent from our servers. The Website Owner reserves the right to remove any material submitted or posted by you in the public areas, without notice to you, if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that you are or there is the likelihood that you may, including but not limited to:

5.1 - defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of e-card recipients or any third parties;
5.2 - publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information;
5.3 - post or upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programmes that may damage the operation of the Website Owner's computer system and/or network;
5.4 violate any copyright, trade mark, other applicable Great Britain or international laws or intellectual property rights of the Website Owner or any other third party;
5.5 - submit contents containing marketing or promotional material which is intended to solicit business unless specifically using the “Business service”.
5.6 - use of the Website or the services offered in the Website in connection with chain letters, junk mail, pyramid schemes or in any other distribution lists (whether commercial or otherwise);
 5.7 - use of the Website or the services offered in the Website to transmit or upload any material which contains viruses, trojan horses, worm or any other harmful, detrimental or deleterious programs;
 5.8 - use of the Website or the services offered in the Website to send or post any message or material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, indecent, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, sexually orientated, racially abusive, profane or pornographic;

In respect of any of the matters set out at 5.1 to 5.5 above, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Website Owner, company directors, appointed agents and Material providers, against any loss, liability, damage or expense of whatever nature which the Website Owner or any third party may suffer which is caused by or attributable to, whether directly or indirectly, your use of the website to send or post any such message or material. You also agree to all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by the Website Owner or any third party in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this Agreement.

You may not modify, reproduce, create, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display participate in the transfer or sale of, or in any way exploit, any of the e-cards or associated images ("the Materials") in whole or in part, except as otherwise provided for in these Terms and Conditions. You agree that any copy of the Materials that you make or have in your possession shall be unaltered and shall retain all copyright notices contained therein. All information and software used throughout the Website is and shall remain the exclusive and sole property of the Website Owner or the parties credited in the copyright notices within the Materials.

All Materials are subject to change and alteration by the Website Owners without notice. The Website Owners at their discretion may offer free membership and access to the Website to individuals and companies. By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the Website Owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

The use of any computer software which may automate the process of sending or viewing any of the Materials is strictly forbidden.
We reserve the right to limit at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you, the number of e-cards or messages that you may send using the Website, the number of recipients to which you send such cards or messages too, not with holding the the Business users under their agreed dispatch.


8. Warranties
The Website Owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express or implied in law) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, the e-cards or associated images and text or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted from our servers.

The Materials are as seen and are without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Website Owners are not responsible for any failure of any of the Materials sent through the Website servers to reach their intended recipients or to reach such recipients on the date specified by the Member or Business user.

9. Disclaimer of Liability
The Website Owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the Website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information set from our servers.

In particular, neither the Website Owners nor any of its officers, directors, employees, third party or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential and including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or resulting from your with your access to, inability to access, or use of the Website or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination there of.

The Website is not to be displayed in any form in another website. The posting of any Materials from the Website on any other website, or otherwise distributing any of the Materials from the Website is forbidden except as provided for in this Agreement or agreed with the Website Owners.

11.1 Entire Agreement
These website terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and the Website Owner in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor the Website Owner shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, between you and the Website Owner in respect of your use of the website.
11.2 Alteration
The Website Owners may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the list of E-Cards and other features of the website. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions and the website (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version.
11.3 Conflict
Where any conflict or contradiction appears between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.
11.4 Cession
The Website Owner shall be entitled to cede, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices to any third party.
11.7 Applicable laws
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. 12. E-cards Sending Limits
Specific to Membership
You can send 10 cards per day with 10 recipients per card
With a limit of 4000 cards per years membership term
Each recipients will be able to view the card 10 times
Specific to Business Service users
You can send a configured card to up to 800 recipients in one transaction
Each recipients will be able to view the card 10 times

13. Refunds
Specific to Membership
Members have the right to cancel their membership within seven days of joining artleafcards.com. Your membership fee will then be re-credited to your debit or credit card. Please write to us at refunds@artleafcards.com to request a refund.
Specific to Business Service users
If the Business Service configured e-card is deemed to contravene our Terms and conditions we will re-credit your fee forthwith.
